Ibis Styles Cikarang Hotel

Fast check-in & check-out, responsive staff, new room provided, good design, nice location.

The hotel location was great, close to several shops and restaurants. Checking in and out was easy and fast. the room was not very clean, there was a moldy smell, and the facilities were rundown. Although the staff was responsive to my complaints, it was frustrating to have to switch to a different room. the hotel offers good value for money, but improvements need to be made to the cleanliness and facilities.

The hotel's facilities like the swimming pool & fitness room were not well-maintained.

The check, in and check, out process was lightning fast, and the staff's response was impressive. They were quick to address my complaints, and even provided me with a new room. the location of the hotel is fantastic, making it easy to get to local attractions and restaurants. But, what I liked the most were the amenities provided , the fitness room and swimming pool are top, notch!

The rooms could use a deep cleaning. I noticed some mold that needs to be taken care of, and the fitness room equipment could use some maintenance.

Fast Check-In and Pretty Design

Checking-in was impressively fast, and the hotel's design was pretty good. I also appreciated the hotel staff's response to my complaints, which included giving me a new room. The location was quite convenient as well.

The cleanliness of the room needed improvement, and in general, it looked like the room I stayed in had never been used. The facilities, including the fitness room and swimming pool, needed better maintenance.
